Stontex Rust Off is a non-acidic gel cleaner specifically developed for the safe and effective removal of rust and iron oxide stains from resin bound paving and resin bonded surfaces. Since being introduced to the Stontex range, it has proven highly effective at restoring resin surfaces affected by rust discolouration without damaging the resin matrix or aggregate.

The easy-to-use gel formula works by reacting with iron oxide staining, often caused by naturally occurring iron in stone pebbles, metal garden furniture, or iron-based fertilisers. During application, a purple colour change indicates the cleaning reaction is taking place, providing a clear visual cue for users.

Suitable for both internal and external use, Stontex Rust Off is safe for all types of resin bound paving solutions and delivers professional-grade results without the risks associated with acidic cleaners.

Directions for Use:

Apply the product undiluted to a dry surface and distribute evenly using a nylon brush only(do not use a metal brush). A purple discolouration will appear as the reaction begins. Allow the product to work for approximately 5 minutes, ensuring the maximum working time does not exceed 10 minutes. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water — a power washer is recommended. Repeat the process if required.
